Rerolled Challenge has no text

I got the "Vanquish 15 (or 25) enemies on the Sky Tower" and I didn't know what that was so I re-rolled, but now it doesn't have text or a bulb reward, pinning does nothing and I've restarted the gam...

    This is also happening to me, you can't reroll the quest when it's blank.
