@0-BIG_BANG-0-  If a hacker were to gain access to someones EA account and then do stuff like cheating or anything else that would violate the terms of service than yes it is possible for someones EA account to be banned this way.

As for what happens after, if the original owner of the account were to report this to the Terms of Service team or to an EA advisor than it is possible for the ban on the EA account would be overturned.

Where i am gonna report it i checked their help serveres but there is no thing about bans
