Rose arcane enigma and new ability glitch.

Summarize your bug If you are in arcane enigma and your teammates run to the point they are the farthest away from you but still get speed you won't charge up rose's thorn apart upgrade which makes it really annoying because you can't really get your bar charged using that unless they're staying still.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use arcane enigma with the thorn apart upgrade and have someone else run at the same direction you are moving with arcane enigma it will soon speed them up to the point where they almost can't get speed but then it slows them down to the point where they walk the same speed as you and see that your bar won't go up unless you get it from the waiting time.
