rude players

Hi, just a word to adults who play online: this game is fun and open to young people as well as old and if you do not want to hear the 'chatter' you can mute it by pressing the pad then triangle whilst playing. There was absolutely no need for an adult to tell a child to 'shut up' when he was very excited about getting on a podium for (I think) assist master during his first TT game. Afterwards the child was trying to whisper - not right. There have been other incidents but this one really annoyed me, if I had had a headset attached I would have told him so. If you must be grumpy I would prefer you played a game more suited to your temperament. Suggestions anyone??

All sounds good thank you. Will def make note of your system for the next time. Though I would hope it does not become a regular event.

Talking about mics...how do one know if the mic is active?
Im using my webcam mic sometimes when I speak to a friend on skype. It woule be very embarrassing if it had been recodring all this time without me knowing it.
    I have everyone muted btw.

If your mic is active during a Co-Op or Multiplayer game session you should see your profile name pop up in the upper corner with the other people talking whenever your mic picks up noise.

When first logging on I usually tap my microphone a couple of times when Co-Op or Multiplayer loads and look for my name just to be certain that I'm muted until I don't want to be.
