Hi, just a word to adults who play online: this game is fun and open to young people as well as old and if you do not want to hear the 'chatter' you can mute it by pressing the pad then triangle whilst playing. There was absolutely no need for an adult to tell a child to 'shut up' when he was very excited about getting on a podium for (I think) assist master during his first TT game. Afterwards the child was trying to whisper - not right. There have been other incidents but this one really annoyed me, if I had had a headset attached I would have told him so. If you must be grumpy I would prefer you played a game more suited to your temperament. Suggestions anyone??

I get what you are saying, truly understand it. But it works both ways. I consider myself an adult, and the kids are the one being rude to adults. I've received MANY texts messages, foul language voice messages from kids that cant handle a beating. So, just to add to your point, it cant just be one way. Respect ALL players regardless of gender, age etc.

Good point, and completely agree, there is no excuse for any player to insult another player. It would just be nice if adults could be good role models. 🤞

I agree. One time on PvZGW1, I overheard an adult talking about his porn addiction to a child. I gave him a piece of my mind, people need to understand and respect other's. We are humans behind the controls after all.

Usually when anyone uses their microphone in my games, their volume is set to ludicrously high and all you get are these loud piercing sounds and some ludicrously high volumed voices.It's not always children either. :o But I see no reason to jab a kid for getting excited about making it on the list \= for cryin' out loud that's what the game's about. Makin' accolades

I have to agree and also it does go both ways, the mute all button is huge and I use it but every once in a while we listen to the kids hooting and hollering they got up there lol. I use headphones quite a bit and its just easy to mute all then no issues 🙂

One thing that I find rude is when there is this one player (like the other day) that every time he beats you he just has to emote and then stands there shooting like mad on your corps. He had alot of vanq. and he did this over and over again. I entered several games and he happened to be on the zombie team every time and he kept doing this.

I find this rude, thats just the way I am.
Emote is one this, but the shooting is another.

I'd report him. Usually it doesn't do any good but it does work sometimes. Even if you had a headset those type of people aren't ones worth engaging with. Send a message to the kid telling him great game and that the other guys is just jealous. I would personally hunt him down until he goes away. Or sick my 9 yr old on him who has skills that blow my mind. But even if you're not good, targeting someone in a game wears them out and they usually leave. I do have a headset, and when I hear things like that I let them have it.

Hi, my reception cut out before. I was trying to say that I was defending in TT as a pea on top of a dinosaur and a player as a Citron opened their peel shield and kept going round me so I couldn't shoot. What is the point? Take consolation from the fact that many who over taunt often get taken out whilst showing off. It is a small victory but makes me smile 😁
