@kingcodered Rux really seems to hate you considering all the issues you've encountered with him. But I guess were in the same boat (which happens to be the Titanic) ☹️.
How would you contact them and try to get a refund? I don't really now what to do anymore. I've made posts in general discussion and bug reports and upvoted every other report on the issues I have seen. This is a HUGE issue and needs to be resolved. Just imagine how many players don't have a voice on this and can't demand a refund and fix as they don't post on the forums or have any other social media accounts. After all, the game is popular with minors. If I hadn't decided to start partaking in community discussions I would be left helpless as well. Although, thinking about it again, I'm still left helpless as there hasn't been any official communication on this matter (as far as I am aware. If they already responded I'm sorry for my accusations).
Could @EA_David maybe help us with this and tell the developers?
There hasn't even been a word on wether this was an intentional scam or a bug. Both options seem outright criminal to me. I don't want to sound like I overact, but how could they enable rux to sell stuff they plan on releasing in a prize map just hours later? Either it was indeed a bug, or they decided to make a quick buck on it before the prize map launched.
I have seen other stuff on sale that seems like future prize map content as well, like firework gestures for Engineer and Super Brainz. How about those? Some players have already bought them. Is the team allowing this to happen until they are in the prize map of next month?!
So for everyone who only reads about this issue on this post rather than my other one requesting an official reply to this, @TheSprinter85 was kind enough to report this issue to the team. Thanks again 🙂!
But there still hasn't been a reply to it by them ...

@kingcodered I hope everything worked out well when you moved places! 😃 I'm currently preparing to move as well, but there have been some problems renovating the place and now it's a constant back and forth with the company doing the work 😞.
Now that we have indirectly gotten a response from the team I think there might not be a need to call anymore. I don't think they could do anything a bout it at the moment and we have to wait until there is a solution.
@TheSprinter85 Yeah I know I posted about this a lot. I hope I didn't upset anyone with it. It's just that I read how much money people spend on the game and not being told what they are going to do about this is a little unsettling.
