Have you tried the following?Switch giddy park to a private session via the globe and try againIf you are a plant try switching to zombies or vice versa then talk to ruxHopefully this helps you!

This happened to me week one. I spoke with him and for all intents, it appeared he gave me the gift. Unfortunately he didn't and there is no way to fix that now.&nbsp; Just be careful in the future!

I had the same issue and the way I fixed it was by talking to him when I was the peashooter. That seemed to help my problem!
