Rux's Inventory
We've talked about him before and after next month's prize map he'll be selling that corn upgrade, but I wanted to focus on what Rux has been selling up to now.
At first we discussed FOMO (fear of missing out) as the special costumes (I doubt many worry about punchers much) were on weekly rotations. This has been mitigated somewhat by the fact they've been coming back regularly instead of gone so quickly. What I'm more talking about here is that, beyond the legendary costumes that have some extra effects (and even this is debatable), everything Rux sells feels like it should just be in the reward-o-tron. None of it feels like it's special enough to justify using rainbow stars (real money) to acquire.
I'm not just talking about the lack of the everlasting crown, which would be something a lot of us would love, but it's all stuff that doesn't real stand out compared to the prize map, region rewards, and the reward-o-tron. What do other folks think?
