Says I no longer have permissions

I have had two xbox live accounts running for a while with both being used to play on plants vs zombies, last week it started coming up with the message "Your profile does not have the correct permis...

    @Karl3399 please keep in mind that you need an Xbox Live gold subscription in order to play PvZ:GW. We are not able to check your account entitlements, as we are a public and community driven board. I recommend to get in contact with one of our Game Advisor for a further check of your account entitlements: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=plants-vs-zombies-garden-warfare

    Please keep in mind that they will need some of your private data for their verification process.
