I bought it for $10 for my first account. Unfortunately, doesn't go to my 2nd account. Now, I have the same pain.
So I would wait for the next probability increase (similar with birth day pack) or just buy it again (rather not do that)
The word is that you can still buy codes for the festive upgrade on gamestop's website.
