Community AdminHi, unfortunately there were some store side issues.
Fortunately these should be fixed now, please let us know if you're still encountering any issues.
While we were able to purchase the Saeson’s Eatings upgrade for $10, we do not actually have the upgrade. We have been charged but we do not have any options for it.

Make sure to check the changing booth in case the content was already moved to your inventory.
@jacksdad3324 Is your posting account the same EA Account linked to the PSN account that was used to make the purchase?
You actually do... Go to the library, find the game and press X, then scroll down a bit and select PlayStation Store (There will be a number signifying the amount of addons purchased, should be greater than 0 (duh..) ) Go there, open the add-ons - and select the download button (downward pointing arrow). Wait for the download/installation to complete. Restart the game - and then go visit Rux.
Or in fewer words - download your purchased addons if you want to use them 🙂(P.S. Had the exact same issue myself, just had it figured out...)
