Seed of time map glitch

Sometimes when I go to a game of turf on seeds of time, the Rome and catsle points dont have any walls . I can literally see through the walls and shoot through them. I can actually see the hitbox for 15 damage, but I shoot at the gatling( as the welder) for 3 full clips( all headshots) and hes still not dead. Bobbox999's youtube channel also has a video showing it. Is it my own promblem( PS4) or is it the server's. Please let me know.
