EA Staff (Retired)Hello, thank you for the report. We had a fix for this issue in the patch at the end of January, and I'm no longer seeing this issue on my end after following your steps. Does this issue still occur for you? If so, what upgrades do you have on both characters? Do you also notice if the shield health bar shows up when you're on All-Star + another character, or does it only occur for Citron?
I’ll get back to you on that and have an answer in 24 hours or less.
Now it is working thanks and sorry it took me so long to respond. My account password want working so I had to change it thanks though.
