Shooting the Chomper in the mouth???
Is this really working as intended?
It feels like its not supposed to be this way. But I guess ppl that are going to say it is are those that loves doing this.

Yes it is working as intended. Chompers deserve to be exploited. No one likes them. No one likes playing as them. No one like fighting against them. Chompers SUCK. Case Closed.

I don't believe that it was intended, as I'm assuming this post refers to that moment when a Chomper tries to swallow a Soldier who was in the middle of doing the ZPG animation, then gets vanquished because the ability still goes off and fires the ZPG forward.
To correct your post, though... Chompers do not deserve to be exploited. Lots of people love them. Lots of people love playing as them. Lots of people love fighting against them. Chompers RULE. Case Closed.
It's called a direct counter. Not every character has a direct counter to every other character's abilities, but most of the abilities that can cause an instant vanguish have at least one direct counter on the opposing team. Another direct counter to chomper's burrow and swallow attack is the sonic grenade. In turn, chomper's swallow attack is a direct counter to many of the zombies' deadly abilities.
- What about when a chomper is burrow coming straight at you and you throw your stun grenade and he still eats you. And you you can see the stars around his head meaning the stun hit him but he was still able to eat you. Wtf!!
