Are you on Xbox One or 360?
I have this problem all the time and all it ever takes me is doing a hard reset of my Xbox One to bring everything back to normal. If your problems are persisting beyond that there might actually be something wrong with your account or profile and you should probably contact support.

This is the exact same problem Im having at the moment. Im on 360. I will attempt a console reboot.
Edit: Rebooted my console but didnt fix it
Edit 2: btw, everyone else in the game will be rank 0 as well
If you've hard reset your system and the problem persists, it's either their servers... or your Xbox LIVE ports aren't open on your router.
http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/networking/network-ports-used-xbox-live
Xbox Live requires the following ports to be open:
- Port 88 (UDP)
- Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
- Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
- Port 80 (TCP)
- Port 500 (UDP)
- UDP Port 3544 (UDP)
- UDP Port 4500 (UDP)
If you haven't already, I suggest you get those ports set up to be positive it's a server issue.

I'm going to say it was there servers, I flipped over to my xbox and it said I had been disconnected and then after trying to reconnect it said I couldn't reach the server. Another try and it actually connected.
