Be careful, the wannabe rent-a-cops are on patrol over people abusing glitches that have no effect on anyone else's gameplay.
I figured that it would most likely be unlocked and used later on with a DLC. Looks like a warp gate of some sort... probably to another full map area or something.
noticed a bunch of locked gates and doors throughout the map, likely DLC for later.
