Some Under/Overpowered or just random PLANT cards and some suggestions

Do feedback on whether my ideas make sense or are impractical. Soul Patch Should patch is underpowered. Having 5 damage, it can be destroyed by Cut Down to Size and Rocket Science, or Nibble and Sl...

Most of these are bad changes honestly. Popcap has already stated they are unlikely to balance existing cards, only when it is absolutely necessary.
