sorry but you do not meet the criteria for registration
Immediately after selecting the game tp play, my son receives an error message stating "sorry but you do not meet the criteria for registration". I have updated all parental controls on his PS4 and I have contacted Sony and was advised to contact EA for further assistance. After doing some research, I learned the min. age is 5 years old but my son is 9. Any suggestions? he has not been able to play thing game at all.
