Sort the VOIP out one of your customers made my niece cry

EA really need to sort this out, hearing such insults on a childrens game. Give us a option to turn off voip completely or atleast mute ALL by defult and self also. If i hear these things again on ...

    This is the work around we use here.  Works good.  You can even use Teamspeak, Raidcall, Skype, whatever other "real" communication you use if you use one.

    Right click speaker icon in system tray.
    Select Playback Devices.
    Select a Playback Device other than what you use for sound output.
    Right click it and select Set as Default Communications Device.
    Hit OK.
    Left click on the speaker icon in the system tray.
    Click the icon below the slider on the device you chose to mute it.

    I have a pretty good feeling that on the 8th it will introduce some options to make this better without needing a work around.

    Having people talk bad in the mic is almost unavoidable I think.  EA isn't saying those things it is other people.  People on the internet act badly because they feel anonymous and thus act like total jerks.

Hit TAB - mute all while in game it's that simple. Also the company cannot be responsible of what individual players say or do.

    What an enlightening post... you gave me so much information i didnt already know!.

    Why bother posting that? and yes the company is partly responsible as hosts for the game, its up to them to provide *as best they can* a save envioroment for there customers.

    If you are going to post atleast try and be constructive...

      The only enlightening thing here is the fact that you opened a topic complaining about pricks in a multi-player game and ended up being one.

      Hit alt tab and mute people (there's the button to do that all at once if your holy fingers can stand it) and yes no company is ever responsible for what its users say or write in game.

    OP, online isn't for kids dude you won't be able to sue EA/pvz gw makers cause of something someone said to your neice online. you shouldnt let a kid go online if they don't have thick skin. and kids on online games are worse then the adults.yes the **bleep** talkers are annoying, don't get ur neice a  online game they aren't responsible for what people say via mice.
