Split Screen Denial in PvsZ Battle for Neighboorville

Every time I try to do split screen it says: "Failed to start split screen. There is no space in group" Yet I check social and says group is 1/4 and even when I set to friends only or invite only, it...

@EA_DavidThis is still broken for me.

Three accounts on Xbox.

Accounts 1 and 2 have the same Origin ID for some reason, no idea why. Cannot play together.

Account 3 has a different Origin ID and can play split screen with accounts 1 and 2.

This problem doesn't exist on other EA games, like GW2 or Star Wars Battlefront 1 & 2. It's some sort of bug with BFN and how it handles accounts.
