Split screen on ps4 is not working

GW2 on ps4 top player just falls through map. Attempting to warp home only freezes top chat with no options to leave. Second player works normally which is strange. Playing digital copy. 48in UHD curved TV.

Hopefully someone can help!

are you doing this off a fresh boot? maybe try spawning in as a superbrainz as the imp might fall through the floor 😛

I am having the same issue but on an Xbox One. We are using a disc not a digital copy.

Using plants not zombies and also not off a fresh boot. Have you had this issue?
