Split screen: second player earning coins

During a split screen game, I know that the second player doesn't get to level up or earn anything of their own, including coins. Yet during the game, it does show them gaining the coins for kills. Do...

    I do not feel like this is solved, I just played a split screen and should my ending score was 7,250. His(second player) was 6,500. It was not added to my total nor did he receive it on his account. I feel this is very unfair to the second player and gives him no incentive to play.

      Doesn't pertain to me as my second player is either a 3 or 7 yr old. So they don't know what the heck is going on.
