Splitscreen Broken - plants vs zombies garden warfare

Hi There i just bought this game for the sole purpose of playing with my  4 year old son with not many games for his ages this looked perfect but......

split screen the Zombies never attack they just die we have tried most of the maps, so we decided to look for them and all of a sudden we fall through the map and die this is full of bugs what a waste of money....

i did a search on your forums here and i see this has been an issue for a year why no fixes??????? tell me my best option take it back to the store for a refund or send it to you for a refund????

i have been playing games for thirty years and this is the worst bugs i have seen in any game including beta testing games..

    I haven't heard of this for a while, but it used to happen when someone would play during the streaming install. The solution was to delete and re-install the game but this time wait until the game is fully downloaded before launching the game.

    The streaming install world only happens once, I assume due to it taking extra long to install when playing during this time, some files get borked somehow.
