Splitscreen Coop Online

Can you play splitscreen (couch coop) online? I know splitscreen is a thing, but is it exclusively offline (e.g. PvE, vs bots, etc.)? Essentially, I want to play the game online (versus other player...

@Dubmac257 Are you playing on console? If so, where are you trying to connect? Does it work in Giddy Park?

@asukojo As far as I know there should be no DLC requirement. I don't think the 2nd player will get to share any cosmetics, but they should be able to access all the game content.

I play PS4, when I try to start the game with another account, it doesn't allow me. 

Is there a way to share/allow the game with another account ?
