We're sorry for issues you're encountering. We know its frustrating! I just had a pow-wow with smart guys and this is what we believe:
- We believe the issues with bad challenge statuses has been resolved
- Unfortunately players who were previously in the bad state are still experiencing the issue
- We need your help:
- We believe re-rolling the challenge fixes the issue. We'd love your help to verify this.
- We believe its not possible to get in this bad state anymore.
We're investigating a make-good to the community. I promise any lost progress will be handled generously. We just want this fixed!
