I know you do, I guess it just depends on the type of player you are. I enjoy stats as a fun way to keep track of your progress and something cool to check every now and again to show off how many times you've completed certain acts. I could see how they could be a problem though, its the same reason I'm glad this game doesn't keep any leaderboards because they always lead to cheating.
Watch, for non-classical games, it's going to be the Toxic Peashooter as the number 1 most overused character.
Here's a list of other predictions for a global leaderboard:
- Astronaut/Mechanic = Most unused character(s)...sorry...
- Most kills ever achieve = probably a max ranked person before all the hackers arrive and fill up the number 1 spot for most kills
- Rank = Shows the first people that reached max rank
- Cactus overused = Fire Cactus
- Sunflower overused = Fire Flower
- Chomper overused = Fire Chomper
- Scientist overused = Marine Biologist
- All-Star overused = The one that uses fire I think...
- The person with the most earned coins (without buying it) = xcrimsonlegendx probably
- The person with the most earned coins (with buying it) = Some adult probably
- Highest vanquish streak ever = Some guy that reached somewhere in the 50s...
- Highest vanquishes in one game = Somewhere in the low 100s
- The person with the highest amount of deaths overall = no clue...
Anything I listed is in no way 100% true yet, but they are almost certainly 100% accurate. The overused list is not trying to say that those are the strongest variants, but the most used by many. Trust me, there are much stronger variants then the overused the ones, you just have to figure it out yourselves.
Also, I'd like to actually see the global stats. It would be an awesome thing to do if they can.
Yeah, guys, you know, thats the thing I would love to see: Some fun facts about how "the mass" is playing - whats the average rank? Whats the average K/D? How often are characters switched per game etc.?
BTW: How many coins do you guys have earned in total? Or is there a seperate thread on that? May be worth doing one.
