Hi @RATTO21, What's happening with your game? Can you provide us with more info on what is happening with your game specifically?
Well @EA_Shepard they added the new anti cheat which makes gw2 unplayable since the steam deck runs on Linux and I launch it and it just says "Wine not supported" and boots me out. I've been trying to find a way to bypass it but it seems I can't.
@RATTO21 The team is aware of that. Since it isn't officially supported, this is one of the situations where we cannot officially assist with it. They have looked into options but with the Steam Deck, there is little that can be done right now since it isn't supported.

I ran into a nasty surprise to boot up this game on Linux after purchasing it a year ago only to find I have this problem as well. I've read the rest of your responses but I would like to know if there is currently any intention to reverse the current issue or for a workaround to be implemented? I'd like to be able to play the game I purchased.

@F0X_office There is not no and this has been addressed multiple times to players. There is no longer any support for the game and therefore there are no planned updated to make these types of changes. If that changes in the future we will let players know, but as of now, there is not.

then why update the game to alienate a third of the playerbase this year and then never plan to touch it again? It was already strange there was an update to the game this year let alone one that removes entire platforms for the game.
