[Steam] PvZ GW 2 does not launch after ea anti cheat screen

Hello I tried playing with ds4 windows on Garden warfare 2 and bfn and got the same error stating that The software cannot be used at the same time as the game. Please make sure it's not running, or restart your PC.: VirtualController 

I have no idea why ds4 windows would have this problem and would like to hope that ds4 windows becomes whitelisted for the ea anti cheat

Hey @IceShrumm  If you run into any issues with the software you're using, we suggest turning it off before starting the game. Also, try plugging your controller directly into the USB port and playing the game without any extra software. Hey, I've been unable to launch the game for weeks now and nothing seems to help me from solutions on the forum or anywhere else. 

EA ID : konradj5

Windows OS : Windows 10 Home

Windows OS version : 22H2

GPU model and drivers : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 | NVIDIA GeForce Experience 3.28.0.417 | driver version 560.94

Region : Europe (Central)

Internal drive

I got both SSD and HDD, though the game and EA App runs on SSD

About 2 weeks ago when i wanted to launch game for the first time

I'm not sure about the last update since like I said, its the first launch after purchasing it

Game doesn't launch. Splash screen appears then either EA App reopens or nothing happens.

I think that's all I have, I can provide anything missing here if needed.
