Still serious issue with Cheaters on PC

Its one of the primary reasons why i quit playing. The other two being just awful team balance all the time and people shooting me through the environment while i can't shoot back.

Even now when i sort my clips to edit them i occasionally come across some cheater footage i used to verify and report the offender.

Big question is "Does Popcap care?"

Because if they really do the next GW will have anti-cheat on the PC version alongside other adjustments.

But there are still questions when it comes to overall game design. Like why is it even technically possible to access boss data in a regular multiplayer match? And even more so: why can these boss characters be controlled by player inputs? Popcap has to change a lot of things during development to prevent these things from happening. Because its clear that players will abuse anything.

I've been playing pvz for almost two years. I met couple of cheaters from first day who could upgrade characters in one session and got 100x more coins. Now it got worse where people are using illegal program for cheating or many people think that some are EA employee. There are people who have extra ordinary damage, they can one, two or three shot anyone. Moreover they have extra health that makes it impossible for one player to kill them. Even two people can't kill them together. I've reported many people but they still are playing. I stopped playing pvz MW2 for some time. i started playing again for few days and every time i play there is one or more cheater online. There is no fun playing this game and EA cares nothing about it. Now i even can't report anyone as it says my game in setting is not on, but when i go to setting everything is fine there. I am assuming that i am being blocked for reporting cheaters. 

There are videos on you tube that how EA playing with customer's trust and how this company is going down. 

I wish there is law that protects gamer's rights as we are also consumers and paying taxes on games. Here you enjoy corporate owned system. 

Is origin on same page with EA?

Same with gw1 they give up policing their game...speak with your wallet and don't buy gw3.

Just got out of soil survivors on Europe server where guy was spawning as random boss chars...map was flooded with gargantaurs...typical EA policing of cheaters...which is to say zero.

I was in Soil Survivors yesterday where a guy was Baron Von Bat and killing guys on his own team before the match even started.  I'm very much on the fence with Neighborville.

Yep... we are encountering cheaters too all the time on EU servers.... nearly every game of turf at one point yesterday.... name begins with an M and ends with ZX....was playing as a mini yeti boss.

@asabaida I Just saw that thread on Reddit along with the Hypno-Shroom links earlier. It's got to be fixed! I'm sure the team is being pushed to work on the new game but don't ignore the GW games!
