Stuck on loading screen (Xbox One)

is it right at the start before you get to backyard battle ground or any match ???

if its before backyard battle ground it might be due to you have left some games/apps running in the background on your xbox just end the process on your main stream or give your console a restart

ive had this prob a few times but not in a serious bad way

I have exactly the same problem. Just bought it in the sale, installed and it won't go past that screen either. I've tried a hard reset, pulling the plug, reinstallation and even reset the router. It just will not work?

UPDATE: I have a fix. When it hangs on the flower, press the dashboard button (middle) keep the game running, now press A to go back into the game. It will now bypass the hung screen. No idea how it works but it does.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM IN THE PS4, IS ANY SOLUTION TO THIS?? 

THE GAME STARTS, PASS TE INTRO, CONNECT TO THE EA SERVERS, BUT THEM SHOWS THE BLACK SCREEN WITH THE SUNFLOWER AT THE CORNER AND STAYS THERE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
