Stuck on the flower icon loading screen

Question

Just bought PvZ garden warfare for the ps4 and when ever I try to connect to the multiplayer I become stuck on a black screen with only the spinning flower loading icon the game never loads, I am currently going on an half an hour of starring at the screen. Is there a way to fix this I already uninstalled/reinstalled

It's the same problem reported here and here.Nobody from EA has so far commented on any of the 3 threads.

I get this too, though only in "Welcome mat" mode, all of the other modes work fine. This started about 2 weeks ago, although for the past week I can't seem to get into a game even after killing the game and restarting.

Same for me and also when i finally get in i try multiplayer saying finding "BEST" match than it brings me to lobby when my brother gets into game multiplayer he finds NO players in it
