Another possibility is increasing ammo capacity to 45 (I think standard Sunflower is 50?).
But I like your idea more! It´s more fun to enhance her unique feature.
She could use a small buff because her general fightability is a little lower. Although I don´t think it´s super important, I think she is fine.
Personally I play her the most out of all the plants because of... well, rainbows! 🙂
