I would recommend this universal cooler if you're looking for a new one. It's pretty cheap and work very well for most if not all CPU sockets. It's popular and easy to install. You could go with water coolers too, but they're not necessary unless you're going for high overclock.

Most of the time the stock fans that comes with coolers or cases are not as good as other aftermarket fans. If you are looking for quietness and max efficiency fans, I would recommend these fans, they're ultra quiet and can move a lot of air. You can use 2x 120mm fans on that cooler.
