Suddenly can't play without PC getting crashed

Recently, post server maintenance my Pc whenever i play the game starting getting crashed many times. Happens after 10 minutes or after some hours, is not always the same amount of time. Somethin...

Seems i had the Queen of Dust in my Computer!
Seriously the Dust make a daugher and there was a principess with a Crown and dusting scepter in my computer!!
Seems some clean solved all 🙂

Gpu usually temperature go from 60° normally to... 35° !!!! WTF.

I just realized the temperature of my GPU whenever i play the game goes too high.
I even put all the settings to low, but doesn't matter.
I have a good gaming pc, i always played with high resolution and high settings without any problems for 2 month.
I will try to open it and try to see if there's some dust or i have to change it and buy a new GPU

What's your temperature at? Most GPUs should be fine as long as you're below 85C. Also, are you on Nvidia or AMD? Which model and brand? And may I ask what kind of crash you're experiencing? Does it just close without warning or does a window pop up and saying something like "This application has stopped working" with a progress bar or something else?

    Do you play with vsync on or adaptive? I suggest doing so.

Thanks for the extra info. If it's any consolation I know what it's like to have heat issues, I think I need to replace my CPU cooler for my home machine.

In any case I'd be interested to see the answers to Catalyst of Hope's questions.

  I would recommend this universal cooler if you're looking for a new one. It's pretty cheap and work very well for most if not all CPU sockets. It's popular and easy to install. You could go with water coolers too, but they're not necessary unless you're going for high overclock.

  Most of the time the stock fans that comes with coolers or cases are not as good as other aftermarket fans. If you are looking for quietness and max efficiency fans, I would recommend these fans, they're ultra quiet and can move a lot of air. You can use 2x 120mm fans on that cooler.

    @ElyseusRex Thanks for the extra info. Yeah I'm on a stock cooler after the original intended aftermarket one was dropped and broken.
    
    I've grabbed a Hyper 212 EVO from an old build since then, I just keep putting off the process of taking things apart. 🙂
