I believe that I saw gatling pea as one of the cards in upcoming expansion set(s).
He was a legendary actually, if memory serves.
Mind you that could change from now until release date but I can't see them completely removing a card because they would have to replace it if it is a legendary.

It is going to be on the upcoming expansion AND it is going to be a legendary.
I also hope that they will be obtainable (guaranteed) in the future.
