I saw this for the first time during a few matches and Google isn't coming up with any info at all. Is this a reward, quest, from a pack?

It's a super rare hat that you can only get from the 35k packs since they are the only ones that give out super rare drops when it comes to cosmetics
Thank you for being extra specific Mario! I must admit that for the amount of ALL sunflowers time I have put in, I am sorely disappointed that I haven't gotten that one. I can't help I'm a healer at heart but I have a new goal. I wish there was a compendium online where I could covet these items.
