The sunflower legendary hat was the very first legendary hat i got in the game very early on. That was great since the sunflower is my favorite character but it looks awkward on her head and it actually took me a long time to even notice that the dragon breaths fire every time you take down a hero. I didn't even really notice what legendary hats did until i got my second one which was for the imp which made it a lot more obvious that the hats reacted when you take down heroes.
needless to say i think the sunflower has the weakest legendary hat on the plants side with corn being a close second (citron has the best one)
