Super Brains Glitched (Level 100 towards GM 6)

I posted this bug last month.  Before the February patch, I was max rank all characters GM 5 and level 1800.  After the patch my super brains was glitched showing Level 100 towards GM 6 and Level 1756.  I reported the bug immediately with images and on my own, I ran multiple repairs to the game and uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times with no fix.  Now that I have my wizard to GM 4 I don't want to rank it up anymore with this glitch.  The only thing that I can think of that cause this glitch was that when all the grandmaster ranks were first obtainable, all my characters were max rank, I used the xp machine only on the pirate to level it up from master rank to grand master 5, I never played the pirate manually, I only used the xp machine on it to get it from master to GM 5.  That is what I think caused this glitch.  Thank you in advance for your time and consideration in this matter, it is greatly appreciated.  The 2 images I posted show my glitched super brains and my current level 1837 which does not coincide with my current rank because of the glitched super brains.
