He should really be unable to jump so high while holding the bomb, it makes him way way too strong in this gamemode.

yeah unless I missed something, you can still shoot him while he is floating in the air helpless, so....
no change needed.
he can take a more direct route in some instances. the perk of being a huge slow moving target.
He's too strong in every game mode
