Support for online-multiplayer split-screen.

I agree, would definitely appreciate being able to take split-screen online with my fiancee.

If the devs can make this happen it would be most appreciated.

I was going to buy this today until I found out there's no online multiplayer, I'd love to get this game if that was added.

I'd love to see it. But the extra stress on the netcode would concern me. But perhaps they could be kept in there own playlist or something.

I was extremely excited when I saw it posted there was split screen for ALL MODES....
And now I am extremely disappointed to see it's not the case.

I want to play online multiplayer split screen with my kids.

Considering the price on PVZGW2 is TRIPLE the original...they should have added this functionality.
It's not like it can't be done...Halo does it.

It really is a bummer.  PvZ is the only game my girlfriend and I both enjoy playing.  We were both hopeful for more than just 2 player Garden Ops with split screen. We cannot even invite more players into our Backyard Battleground while in split screen.  We cannot work cooperatively in the story progression in split screen.  We cannot play multiplayer on the same screen with friends.  I feel there are far too many "cannot's."  A big let down for me, her and all of our friends we simply cannot connect to.

Wife and kids loved playing the first one with me. First night with GW2 and my wife was bored of it after 1 game of garden ops. What a waste. Selling it back to Gamestop. Maybe EA will fix it in a year or two once it's no longer relevant and you can't get into games without a 10 minute wait.

Agreed but let's get Splitscreen on PC.

I thought I was the only one who wanted to play with my Significant other, we bought the game and were let down when we realized that yes it was split screen, but not for multiplayer. We don't mind playing the world mode but you can't do quest together and its pretty limited in general.
