@spIash_damage I would like this thread bumped up for discussion as I think it's an important one!
With the lovely influx of new players, we're not having many lobbies atm where one team is seriously outnumbered by the other due to team-swapping, but there's a danger this issue will get put on the back burner as a result.
I think this really needs attention, as soon or later it'll raise its ugly head again as a major issue that puts players off.

@ToastedSarnie I really wonder why PopCap didn't put it on the Trello Board yet. We've been discussing this for ages now.
- @ippig I know, it's bizarre! I'm desperately hoping it's included part & parcel of the matchmaking changes - they'll be pretty worthless without addressing this 😖

99% of all forum statistics are crap, especially since 90% of the players don't even post in the forums. The reason for most team swapping will be due to completing challenges which require specific characters. This game has always had this issue with their challenge system. It not only affects team swapping... but regular gameplay, as well.
Don't get me wrong, there are a very small percentage of crap players who team swap because they abuse one player type... but those are the same players who quit if they get killed too much.
