Take away “switch teams” temporarily

Removing this feature will hurt me a lot because I won't be able to play with @ToastedSarnie every time. 😳
I played TT today with an individual who constantly switched to zombies to be a soldier and had no less than 60 kills per round. It’s not just the swapping, it’s players going inactive during rounds of being either plant or zombie. They don’t want to play against obvious aim abuse, so they log their character in very infrequently until the match is over. Most of the time allowing the character to just stand there as a meat shield until an opposing player waffle stomps them.
Seeing as this game has already taken so much from so many others, one has to wonder why not use the Overwatch method of match making. Select a class and a play mode and allow the system to properly align teams. Better yet, form a team with friends and enter team events. This naturally lends itself to a standings or ranking system, which obvious the benefits are many.

Team Swap is good for this only:
Little boys stacking teams has been an issue in this series far too long. There's more people abusing it than not so removing it temporarily = logic.
Adjust 8 v 8 spawns or bring back 12 v 12 TT and remove Team Swap and watch the online numbers climb and everyone (but one person, it seems) has a happy new year.

That's more of an example of someone trying to stat pad, than team stack.
