We've been batting that around on the forums lately. GW1 had this issue too. Definitely a problem when it gets this bad. One of the few things I dislike about GW in general. It's sorely needed so the next game they're working on needs this to be a priority.
- This is an issue that needs to be addressed, there are too many lopsided teams as of late. Hopefully GW3 doesn't have this problem.
I've brought this up in the past as well. It is rather obscene that a game can go 10+ minutes with another team down 2-4 people. It doesn't help that I have witnessed players being placed on the team with the higher body count as well. This is also compounded with people somehow switching sides when teams are already imbalanced. The sad part is that this isn't an anomaly either, this is a rather common occurrence due to "premades" and just poor matchmaking.

They tried that with SBMM, and it ended up being worse.
You want team balance? I show you team balance!
there should be an autobalancing system for sure. I dont count how many game i played where a team was full of VERY high level and the other was full of new players.
I dont have the problem cuz' no matter the team i was first but for the new players :/

I can only fully agree: too many games are simply so crazy onesided that stats, skill and results mean nothing. Autobalance can't be that hard to implement?
