Teenager can't upgrade from child account

@TheSprinter85 Thanks, but she has a child account. That means it was registered with my e-mail address (years ago). She is not able to register her own e-mail as she can’t log in online. An e-mail address is required to link her account to mine. Can’t see how to work around this. :-( She really needs that prompt to age up, but how to get it beats me.
@MossanSandis Igot that prompt when i login 3 minutes ago but cant up grade do you now how to upgrade it when the popup us right in front of my nose?
