Team set up is basically the make-up of each team. There are multiple themes for each team you can choose ranging from things like, Fire & Ice (Only fire/ice variants), all Chompers, all General Supremo.

I played an easy mode solo ops last night and my Super Brainz teammate was jumping all over the place and paid no attention to where he was supposed to guard... so basically an idiot.

The difficulty of the bots will depend on the difficulty you're set at. You will most likely die from getting swarmed by multiple bots at once. I've had to make many a hasty retreat in the open world.
