No, I do not have a problem with the bullet dispersion. The crosshair gets a lot bigger than the actual spread, so you can stay fairly accurate.
With Mob Cob on the other hand I really get some bad bullet dispersion, even at close range. He is incredibly inaccurate, or at least that's how he feels.
Pops Corn becomes an excellent mid range variant once you acquire his damage upgrade. It takes the amount of bursts to kill for Scientists from 4 to 3, for Footsoldiers, Deadbeards and Engineers from 5 to 4 and for Super Brainz and the All-Star from 7 to 6. His range is good, as he can still hither maximum damage halfway across Colozeum. This makes him one of the best Plants at medium range.
Ok so i've tryed Pop recently with not bad results, but seems lack something. I still need to unlock the Damage Upgrade. I'll see if eventually i'll notice a huge change.
Ok my next important question. Don't you think that the Reticle becomes too much larger on Regular Corn when moving and shooting?
Considered is a frontline you need to move and shoot constantly :V
At the moment only BBQ can do it, meanwhile as a Kernel you're forced to play a little bit more back.

I don't have a problem with the spread, but rather with the super low range. If I want to kill an All-Star at somewhat close range, I usually need two magazines, not because I can't hit him, I usually hit with 20 bullets or so, but then he's still alive because he's 10 meters away but I only do 7 points of damage per bullet. It's fine in games with a lot of Scientists/Footsoldiers/Engineers/Deadbeards, but when the enemy team spams those bullet sponges called All-Star and Super Brainz, it gets real annoying because you constantly have to ADS, forcing you to stay in the second line, which is not the place where you're supposed to be (unless you are Pops Corn).
Oh you don't mean the weapon range. You mean the ranged damage drop off.
