Just posting an update: this issue still hasn't been fixed as of the December 3rd 2019 patch. The music for the minigame in Goopy Gully still bugs out at 40-50% drill damage, and the music stops playing entirely with just the beats/ sirens remaining.
Community Admin@Glastrier Thank you for the update, it sounds like system stress may be a factor. If you restart with a Clean Boot, does the issue still consistently manifest?
I've reinstalled the game and also tried the clean boot method you mentioned, and the music issue persists! I personally believe the problem lies within the music file in the game, where the music track of the song doesn't play, but the music track for the beeps and sirens do
Here I am once more, posting that as of the 25th Febuary 2020 patch, the music bug at 40% drill health still hasn't been fixed
