The snow globe quest is stuck at 49

I've actually made a post saying the exact same thing. I spend 2 hours every day trying to find that last snow globe, but to no avail. I still won't find out what the questgiver is going to give me but I have a feeling that getting EA's attention is as hard as getting noticed by a celebrity in the farthest row from them, and that even if they look at this they probably won't solve my problems because they think I did something wrong. But that's not true at all here when I was getting the globes I had a guide in hands, The video showed him completing the quest. So when I was getting at the same point as in the video, the quest giver says "I'm missing 1 globe" >Still to this day<. So I go over the guide again multiple times. There are no more snow globes to collect! The only thing I can tell EA is that when I was getting the one snow globe >in the first Captain Deadbeard mission the globe was in Snaggles the Shark's mouth I collected it. The money I gained from collecting the globe was still there when I >hit respsawn, switch, then exit< in other words I left in the middle of the mission. When I checked again if I missed it, the globe was not there anymore. But I don't know if that was the one that's apparently missing. Seriously it could be any other globe of the 50 I have collected and I wouldn't have any way of knowing at all. This happened on my Xbox one version of the game.
