The Steam wallet was deducted, but no items were received in the game
I recharged and purchased items from EA games on my Steam account, but I did not receive the corresponding items from EA games despite the deduction from my Steam account
You will have to go through the triage steps within,How to find your missing in-game content (ea.com), and if no such luck, open a case/ticket. How to provide proof of purchase (ea.com) will tell you what you need to provide desktop screenshot wise for them to help.
I wish you luck, I've had to open 3 tickets as my kids haven't received multiple coin packs either. I'm not getting any assistance, our PS5, when Sony confirmed EA has to provide us the coins. They even said they would give us the coins, but tried to do it at 2am and we were asleep. After that, I was sent back to Sony.
