The Sunflower perk that allows you to heal 2 people at once is bugged

@SigmaTheDJ I've found the problems get worse if you use the upgrade which extends the reach of the heal beam - it's then often staying with the players it first locks onto as they move away, rather than quickly readjusting to the closest players.
I love the upgrades to the heal beam, but it is often difficult to heal the players who most need it because you have so little directional control.
I would much rather it locked onto the players within range who have the lowest health.
