By far, the most concise guide I've seen yet. You covered it a bit, but would you care to write some more about team composition? It sounds from reading elsewhere that Toxic Brainz is highly preferable for an assault character, but of course many teams will not have the benefit of a member owning this variant.
I updated with some of my own observations and recommendations for team makeup.

Edit - There's one detail I can think of that i think you missed. The bucket bearer cannot use any of their special abilities while doing so.
Bumping this thread since the Spooky Squash has made an unseasonable return.
Thanks to @realitysquared for the update, too bad you are on PS4...would've liked you on my team...this is the only Boss Hunt that I do not have a hat!
